Job Description

General Summary This position is responsible for all branch activities and progress of Karachi Region. He will be representing HO in Karachi and will be reporting to the Marketing Head in Islamabad. This position holder is required to have at least 5 years of experience on a managerial post in marketing & sales of medical devices in Karachi; should have excellent communication skills, management skills, pleasant personality and possess good interacting skills with people. He should have strong relations with the purchase departments, end users and biomedical of all hospitals. Should be willing to work for rizq-e-halal and ready to follow company shariah compliant policies. Duties & Responsibilities 1) General: He will be responsible for overall branch functions and activities of himself as well as his team members. He has to develop marketing & sales plans for his region with consultation of his team for himself and his team members in the Sindh region. This plan has to be vet by the marketing department head in HO at Islamabad. 2) Image Building of I & C: This Position holder's job includes image building of Iqbal & Company in local hospitals as a trusted and reputed equipment suppliers and after sales service providers. This eventually is monitored by increase in equipment sales in the region. 3) Marketing Functions: He should possess excellent presentation skills and is required to lead all marketing activities including product presentations and demonstrations independently in the region. Should visit all hospitals independently and with his team members regularly. 4) Office Management/ Administration: He is responsible for all office general administrative matters including and not limited to: Office attendance, petty cash handling, bank accounts handling, official communication with head office of himself and his team members, stock handling and reporting to head office as per policy. Liaison with marketing head on daily basis for office activities and planning. Liaison with the Manager Admin & HR for all HR and administration related issues on daily basis. Any other task / duties as and when assigned by the higher management.
