Job Description
We are looking for experienced Telesales Representatives. So only those candidates are eligible to apply who have minimum 6 months experience in call center industry. Agent who is fluent in English with excellent English accent and good telesales skills.
We are looking for enthusiastic, sociable team players who are willing to learn and adapt. This role entails outbound calling to USA customers on behalf of our clients.
We work 5 days a week 9 hours a day.
Remember its a night shift starting from 6:00pm to 3:00am (timing of jobs vary)
Job Specification
- Fluency and proficiency in English language.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Computer skills including Internet, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Other languages are an added benefit.
- Good rebutting and customer handling skills.
- Good selling and convincing skills.
