About Your Role:
Sendoso is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and creative individual to help manage our Lahore Office. You will handle a range of responsibilities from maintaining facilities, arranging travel, and helping to create an excellent company culture. This role requires intuition, maturity, integrity, and great communication skills. We are looking for someone with confidence, intellectual curiosity, a passion for learning, and a sense of humor coupled with an ability to wrangle chaos with the utmost finesse. Who You Are:
  • We are looking for a well-rounded, collaborative, and process-oriented individual with a high standard of excellence to join the team as a Workplace Manager to the Lahore Office
  • Meeting logistics Coordinating and managing meeting agendas and other supporting materials for leaders (conference rooms, zoom, telepresence, video conference, vendor access, etc)
  • Travel - Handle travel reservations, changes amp; emergency travel situations, provide itineraries
  • Handle all employee questions relating to the office and available facilities
  • Expenses - Track and process of invoices and/or expense accounts
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Ability to work extra hours as needed
  • Throw exciting and creative parties and events
About You:
  • You have an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics You have a solid fundamental understanding of statistics and machine learning and are eager to learn more
  • You have solid coding and software design skills and experience collaborating within a shared codebase
  • You have experience building and deploying machine learning models, particularly recommendation systems
  • You love coming up with creative solutions to complex problems and creating iterative roadmaps to continually improve our product
  • You take a detail-oriented approach to solve problems, carefully thinking through the business problem, data, model, and evaluation
  • You excel at communicating technical concepts to stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • You enjoy multitasking, splitting your time between working on your projects, helping team members, and engaging with the business to identify new opportunities
Experience:
  • 2+ years of executive administrative support or similar experience
  • Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events
  • Intermediate G-Suite applications
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem-solving skills
  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to anticipate needs of leaders as they conduct critical tasks
