Job Description
Key Account Management and retention of existing clients/partners Promote new business to existing accounts Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up,Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly targets as assigned by the management.
- Working with switch vendors, introducing new services and identifying new features/business tools. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of partner contacts to be made.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Able to recurring Business Development, whole sale Business key account Management, routing strategies and traffic/revenues/cost & analysis.
