Job Description
Requirements:
Previous working experience as a MERN Stack Developer for 1 year to 5 years.
BS degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a similar relevant field.
Strong OOP concepts are mandatory.
Experience building websites with MERN Stack.
In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, NodeJS, Express and React.
Strong proficiency with Node JS and its frameworks, I-e, Express.
Strong proficiency in front end JavaScript frameworks, I-e, React etc.
Must be Hands on with NodeJS deployment.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Experience implementing applications using React
Experience creating front end applications.
In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).

Job Specification
1. Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with CEO to achieve revenue goals.
2. Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and website.
3. Analyse the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
4. Work with company's existing clients to maintain existing business and revenue stream. Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
5. Research the market for identifying new business opportunities and bring new customers
6. Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
7. Act as bridge between clients and technical, give customers feedback to technical team and ensure relevant suggestions are incorporated in upcoming product releases.
8. Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget. 9. Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
10. Work with CEO in doing research, preparing feasibility studies and presentations for new product Launches.
