We are hiring Male & Female candidates for our OUTBOUND CALL CENTER
Must be Matric or Intermediate
Good skills & good talking behavior required, Fresh & Experienced both candidates can apply for this.
Job Responsibilities will include:
• Managing outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Experience:
• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Fresh can apply as well
Shift Timings: 2pm to 11pm. (Monday to Saturday)
