Initiate sales process by proactively scheduling appointments, making initial presentations,develop understanding of customers business needs and present proposals.
i)Respond efficiently to inquiries with appropriate information about Company's products and services.
ii)Proactively contact potential clients to quantify their requirements and budgets and explain how our products can meet or exceed their requirements
iii)Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
iv)Prepare proposals and quotations, in liaison with the Pre-sales Team.
v)Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of quotations and proposalsRegular follow-up on proposals and quotations submitted with concerned prospects/clients
vi)Be vigilant on competition moves and offers.
vii)Expand sales with existing customer by introducing additional solutions and services;
viii)Ensure timely submission of CPO to commercial department, and follow-up for timely delivery
ix)Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from customers
