Job Description

  • Receive, scrutinize and resolve the complaints in an authorized and timely fashion
  • Shriveling the market operations to ensure the smooth and compliant functioning
  • Coordination with market and leaders to acquire the relevant information
  • Keeping an eye on the operations of all the branch offices to assure that the services to the customers are extended properly and the branch is functioning steadily
  • Using Social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares.
  • Online articles writing and publication
