General Summary This position is responsible for providing after sales services on the equipment supplied by Iqbal & Company to the hospitals. He must possess excellent technical, problem solving & communication & writing skills. Must have knowledge of MS office. Duties & Responsibilities 1.Responsible for independent maintenance, installation and training of medical equipments. 2.Planning of maintenance calls as per hospitals/machines assigned to him. 3.Keep the updated service record of machines in his area. 4.Report to his immediate supervisor and manager about his assigned machines. 5.Keep self and the organization up to date regarding competitor's activities. 6.Check the follow ups to the plans and deviations (if made any) and implement the contingency plan (if required). 7.Update his technical knowledge of the equipments company deals in to be confident of providing after sales service on the equipment as and when required.

Legends: E =Essential D=Desirable 1.Must possess 3 years Diploma in Electronics/Biomedical (E). 2.Having 1-3 years of hands-on relevant experience in medical equipment specially in Dialysis Machines (E). (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply). 3.Possess good communication, English speaking, writing and reading skills (D). 4.Knowledge of Computer Operations / MS Office, installation of soft wares & trouble shooting would be a plus (D).
