Job Description
Supervise overall management and implementation of project activities at field level. Prepare annual work plans and budgets Monitor and evaluate the project activities is to ensure achievement of required targets and results, Ensure the accomplishment of the projects goal, objective, activities, and results in a timely and effective manner, as set forth in the LFA, Implementation Plan, and Annual Work Plans. Build and maintain strong working relationships with the partner organizations, stakeholders, and beneficiaries, and engage them on a regular basis to gather their feedback and input into the implementation and progress of the project. Identify areas for cooperation and building partnership with stakeholders for efficient and effective implementation of program. Take lead of concept note/proposal development process and seek financial resources for the organization. Select, recruit and oversee the work of the project staff. Lead the preparation of written materials and reports for the project. Performs any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
