RESPONSIBILITIES
Objective 1: To ensure market survey
The purchaser must:
-Identify suppliers, and collect quotations
-Ensure all the needed information are identified on the quotations
-Negotiate the price, delivery time and others terms with suppliers
-Create and update a Price List
-Create, identify and update a Vendors List
Objective 2:To purchase items needed by the programs or the logistic department
The purchaser must:
-Purchase items needed by the program and to respect Handicap International procurement procedures
-Ensure the collected documents are compliant with HI procedures: supplier stamp, signature
-Take care of the quotation collection, making SBA, and LPO
-Will undertake the payment to the suppliers
-Will manage any advance given to him/her and produce supporting documents for administration department
-Manage and update the PSR follow-up file regularly
-Make sure that the purchase filing is properly done

- 5 years experience in purchase management
- Preferably in INGO
