Need a candidate who can arrange brand ambassadors as per the client's brief
Job Responsibilites:
- Conducting Interviews of Freelance staff as per requirement of the Project
- Selection and Hiring of Brand Ambassador/Supervisor/Helpers/Free Lance Staff as per client brief
- Work on Project Deck provided by Ops team for a particular Project
- Maintain Pool of the Staff (Professional Experience, Academic Experience, Uniform Sizes, etc.)
- Arranging profiles for selected staff, compile it and share with HO for approval on provided format.
- Liaison internally to align trainings and conduct pre-training sessions
- Ensuring all the training needs are fulfilled β check internet, Camera, Sound, complete HR etc
- Training Leads shall conduct their respective regionβs training
- Liaison with client on training Timings, date, Brand Pitch, and all required approvals β
- Share invite on an email for all kinds of trainings
- Conducting refreshers as per requirement
- Make visits to on-ground projects within city and out of city β put checks & controls to improve performance and work on grey areas.
- Monitoring on ground activities on daily basis β (Timely Check in, Uniform, Pitch, Personal Grooming, etc.)
- Make check list to provide to ops team defining timelines and training details
- Regional Compilation of All HR documents to make a final PPT
- Make final HR ppt and send it to HO as per the Standard format.
- Coordination with regional Ops team
- Coordination across the country
- Provide understanding to staff regarding data recording as per the given format
- Post Activity Feedback β suggestions for improvement. (HR Staff, On Ground Activity)
- Maintain training attendance sheet
