The Social Media & Marketing Executive at The Product Refinery is responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring social media presence across multiple marketing channels, most importantly social media (only LinkedIn right now).

- Immersing yourself in the world of product management in order to come up with new and innovative ideas that will resonate

- Develop and oversee marketing strategies for social media, digital PR, and speaking engagements, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and reputation for TPR

- Create captivating content to distribute across multiple channels, including writing posts, images, videos, etc

- Setting measurable goals and analysing the effectiveness of our marketing. Producing monthly reports outlining necessary changes to strategy or tactics

- Maintain an editorial calendar & project manage campaigns

- Writing and submitting pitches for guest posts on websites that can either increase brand awareness or improve SEO ranking for TPR

- Research relevant events and podcasts to serve as speaking engagements and submit pitches

- Monitoring and responding to feedback, comments and social media posts

- Taking an experimental approach and testing different formats of posts across different channels to see what works best
