• To ensure Smooth, balanced and uninterrupted production flow
• To coordinate with other departments related to production activities for short, mid & long term improvement

• To ensure delivery commitments, meeting customer demand on time and quality target
• To assist production team in planning production activities for increasing productivity by reducing rejection and rework
• To provide guidance and direction to team, including setting performance standards and monitoring standards (KPIs) and department budget management
• To encourage, build mutual trust, respect and motivate team through daily communication and plant visit
• To assist team for identifying the areas of improvement by implementing Kaizen culture and cost reduction thru VA/VE activities
• To identify development needs and training of existing / new staff
• Weekly and monthly reporting to management for describing progress, gaps and actions for improvement
• To provide best possible working conditions to the employees
• To promote HSE activities
