HR Operations & OD Executive at TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd.
Company: TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. (Manufacturing Sector)
Qualification: BBA (HR), MBA (HR)
Experience: 5-7 Years (Expertise in Recruitment & Selection, strong grip on Payroll, dealing with Govt. Departments like PESSI /EOBI, PMS)
Salary: 60K to 85K depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Executing all HR functions (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Rewards Management, and Performance Management)
- Managing the HR issues of Non-Management Staff (Labor hiring, contractors management, labor grievances, etc.)
- Act as support for Director HR in making and executing different HR policies for organizational development and future growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience of 5-7 years in Manufacturing sector HR
- Bachelor's Degree with specialization in HRM, Masters would be preferred.
-Deep understanding and grip of HR Operations and a Knowledge and experience of Organization Development.
