Job Description
• working and supporting the Quality Manager in managing all aspects of Quality Control Department.
• Track raw material and product testing results, maintain database of results, perform necessary statistical analysis, and work with colleagues to use analysis to implement appropriate changes as necessary.
• Ensure specifications for raw materials and final products are appropriately created, communicated, and modified as required.
• Generate, update, and maintain department testing and calibrate procedures such that the lab activities are well documented, repeatable, and reliable.
• Lead investigations of product complaints and breakdowns. Perform any necessary analytical work and associated reporting as needed. Conduct root cause investigation to identify and correct issue to determine corrective and preventative action.
• Maintain and improve as needed the Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct quality audit system.
• Responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet set standards of quality, reliability and performance
