ACCOUNTANT / AUDITOR JOB OFFER

Responsibilities and duties
Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Review and process reimbursements
Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
Prepare and submit payroll
Create financial reports
Prepare and file company tax documents
Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws
Pre-audit of payroll of permanent and temporary employees
Pre audit of overtime processed at bakery outlet on weekly basis
Pre-audit of all un-paid salaries wages & benefits
Pre-audit of weekly all staff overtime payments
Pre-audit of all vendors bills
Account reconsilation with vendors
Audit of company’s vehicles fleet bills which include petrol bills, toll taxes and maintenance and review of logs books
Pre-audit of freight bills related all raw, technical stores materials
Surprise check of cash in hand
A post audit of all cash payment & receipt vouchers (within 24 hours)
Verification of sales documents in term of compliance of document trail
Audit of transport bills through cash book
Post audit of employees loan payments
Verification of sales data with erp record
Minimum qualifications:
- graduation degree in finance, accounting, or similar
Job type :
Full time & in house
Requierd experience:
- proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar
- practical experience with accounting software (such as erp , spreadsheets , google sheet , excel etc)
- audit management

Required skills & knowledge
- able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
- a solid understanding of book keeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts
- works well in a team environment and with upper management
- good organizational and time management skills
- always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
