Taking leads that come to you by phone, email, and/or live chat, often multiple contacts at the same time.
Primarily inbound contacts with follow ups from previous contacts.
Tracking all contacts with detailed information for future follow ups.
Experience in a high volume sales environment, and within in a call center environment is a plus!
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to handle multiple processes at one time.
Be able to work with others in a team environment.
Excellent Spoken/Written English
