Job Description

  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to support programs and initiatives with specific focus on adding value in the long term.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through existing business relations, cold calling, networking and social media
  • Leading the Business Development Vertical by proposing a strategy for the vertical, managing the resources, budget, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Achieve monthly target as well as goals by creating winning sales strategy/plans
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences or networking events
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and top management. Interacting closely with customers to understand customer, what their health care requirements are and how Anum Hospital can bridge these gaps in services available.
  • Managing and coordinating ongoing marketing initiatives, might include traveling to clinics often to collect feedback, provide updates and to maintain relationship etc.
  • Working closely with operations & accounts team
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Creating presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for the entire marketing team for regular reviews with senior management.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products to negotiate better during sales process
  • Must maintain record of sales and customers. Also responsible to maintain confidentiality of rates, services as well as client's data & privacy.

Job Specification

  • Bachelors/Masters in Business, Hospital Management from HEC Recognised Institute or relevant degree
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in Corporate Sales or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Must be well versed with policies, industry practices, market competitive rates and hospital documentation so he/she can get more cases approved by employers/insurance/corporate partners in least possible time.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
