Customer Service Representative

Sanborn Marketing is looking for experienced dispatchers with experience in the Trucking Industry of the United States to help our clients with dispatching their trucks across the United States. You must have a grip on the English language (Written/Verbal) to communicate with the drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers in the United State.

It’s a 24/7 job so you can be adjusted into any 8-hour shift. Remote work is available but you need to have a good internet connection and computer to support the company’s software and tools.

Your Job description includes:

• Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department.
• Communicate through telephone with the drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and broker.
• Use computer programs to track trucks, trailers, drivers, and any other thing required.
• Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and receivers to make sure the delivery is on time.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
