Sales and support agent:
Duties, Responsibilities:
• Do order processing/entry when needed.
• Professionally answer inbound and outbound calls.
• Professionally answer customer quires via chat portal.
• Attract potential customers by answering service and product inquiries
• Record new account information
• Maintain new customer accounts by recording current account information
• Reach team sales target by matching customer needs with product benefits
• Master in-depth knowledge of the company’s services and line of products
• Provide order management, including entry, releases, creation, returns, and upsell.
• Provide customer support on customer complaints.
• Communicate with internal operations, help solve their problems, and provide up-to-date information.
A minimum educational requirement, minimum Inter or Bachelor’s in any field.
Experience in related sales experience is often needed. Minimum 6 months experience required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal the customer.
Advance MS Office skills.
