Meta Work Solution looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text, managing posts and ad campaigns, and managing various companies' brands in a cohesive way to achieve their individual, customized marketing goals. This includes creating custom audiences for ad targeting, measuring analytics, and making adjustments as needed to optimize clients' success. Ultimately,

You should be able to handle social media presence for multiple accounts, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be expected to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

You should have excellent written and communication skills and be able to express various companies' views creatively professionally.

Responsibilities

• Use social media content planning tools to develop social media calendars for all clients and efficiently organize/publish posts across all social media platforms.

• Edit posts and social media content following client feedback as needed and ensure all content is approved by clients before publishing. • Design and implement social media strategy to align with the clients' business goals

• Oversee all social media accounts' design such as cover image, profile pictures and the overall brand cohesiveness with each platform

• Plan, create, and implement social media campaigns as needed, including boosted posts and ads.

• Strategize and implement custom audiences appropriate for each individual client and monitor to make changes as needed

• Provide social budget recommendations to the planning and client services team based on targeting capabilities, audience sizes and KPIs

• Maintain a pulse on what's current and topical within the social world to make recommendations on content and bring attention to any trends, opportunities or concerns to management

• Prepare and deliver monthly reports that contain metrics and analysis of social media channels

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

• Content Writing and SEO experience is a Plus for the ideal candidate. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related

• 1+ years of digital marketing agency experience working with multiple brands preferred. • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.

• Well versed in social analytics and reporting tools Experience working with Hootsuite is a plus • Provide samples that demonstrate the quality, relevance and range of ability to communicate via social media channels. Best samples will include effective use of imagery/video and text
