Job Description
To prepare Engineer estimates.
To calculate the Quantities from Drawings and prepare Rate
Analysis & Escalations for materials.
To prepare Project Progress invoices, Running/Final Bills &
Payment settlement with Contractors as per Contract.
To co-ordinate and assist the Client/Consulting Engineers to
finalize executed quantities & invoices.
To check and keep a record of all the IPCs/bills submitted by
the Contractor.
To prepare data analysis of any requirement about the Project.
To work out Project quantities, estimation and costing for the
Project.
To analyze rates for additional work items.
To work in complete harmony with the Site/Assistant QS.
To use smart, simple and polite language with everyone.
Any other task assigned by his Project Manager or on behalf.
Note: These are some of the tasks which may vary from time to time and project to project.
Job Specification
At least 5 years of related experience, computer literate. Command on MS Office etc..
