Job Description
Provide overall secretarial and administrative support to the VP and GM of the company
Travel arrangements and diary management
Organize business meetings and appointments
Assist VP and GM in report making (creating presentations, documents, reports, etc).
Screen telephone calls, and handle requests, and enquiries, when appropriate.
Maintain and devise office systems, including filing, data management etc.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and manage projects.
Provide assistance in terms of logistics to events like seminars and trade shows.
Complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on company and other assignments in database.
Validating and fulfilling request for information and marketing, tracking mails and requests.
Assist in promotional strategies and product development. - Provide administration support to other departments when and as needed ( i.e. HR, BD and Sales).
Job Specification
To considered for the role, candidate must - Have at least 2-3 years combined experience in marketing and secretarial and administration, experience working in MNC is preferable
- 25-35 years old
- Have polished English written and verbal communication skills, knowledge in other languages is a great plus
- Be proficient in all MS office applications
- Have excellent coordination, organization and time management skills
- Be flexible and able to multitask
- Be hard worker and ambitious
