Job Description
Prepare accurate, complete, and timely payroll and file maintenance in a confidential manner.
Records changes affecting net salaries, for example salary advances arrears, medical coverage, and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records.
Encourage and implement continuous improvement measures within Payroll.
Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
To develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and systems.
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
Execute the hiring process of contractual and permanent employees.
Assist Sr. HR Executive in all routine HR Operations of the company.
