1. Overall managing technical department both VTMS Operators as well as Installers. 2. Planning of trainings and workshops. 3. Ensure secure operation of all servers and services. 4. Monitor system logs and activity on all servers. 5. Develop and test new servers and services. 6. Uses established tracking system to log requests; monitors progress, tracks problem resolution, identifies patterns of failure, researches bug fixes and implements solutions. 7. Coordinate with vendors to resolve operating system issues (Hardware / Software). 8. Provides updates, status, and completion information to Project Manager. 9. Provides coaching and support to the VTS Team (VTS Installers and VTMS Operators). 10. Delegate tasks and follow up to make sure the completion. 11. Inventory management of VTS units and installation / repair material. 12. Ensures the function of technical department during installation of VTS devices in vehicles 13. Coordinate with VTMS Operators, Manager Operations, Sales Department and Project Manager during emergency situation.
