Their goal is to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users (staff, clients, customers, suppliers, etc.). -Solve the Routine problems Network (LAN) Users. -solving internet issues of users relating slow browsing connecting problem -solving email problems of users and providing backup facility to their emails -Understands the professional development process and becomes actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning.
