- This job related to testing and debugging of Software. One should have 2 year of experience of testing of software - Tester experience of large scale web based projects/products is preferred. - At least 2 years experience as Tester. - Bachelors in Computer Science/Software.

- In depth experience of writing and executing test plans and testing of all types (functional, installation, acceptance, browser compatibility, load, stress, performance, volume, regression testing). - In depth experience of using testing tools for test plans and test cases management. - Has to be very good in documentation, has to create test cases, test schedules, release notes, test plans, excellent in SQL queries, tracing logs, reporting bugs, documenting bugs. - Must be able to create test scripts - In depth experience of automated testing of web based applications. - Extensive experience in writing and executing automated testing scripts is required. - Excellent written English skills. - Highly self-motivated individual with strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work independently. - Strong analytical competence and problem solving skills. - Testing experience in hosted solutions, client / server, .NET and web technologies (AJAX based) is an advantage. - The candidate must be motivated to become leader and manage testing department.
