Job Description

Serving as a front line contact in providing information/interpretation to client organizations on a wide variety of issues including HR policies and procedures
Providing feedback to the CEO/Director on employee relations matters, performance management, performance development, compensation plans and employee counseling relating to outsourced workforce
Assisting in the development and delivery of training specific to the outsourcing area.
Responsible for all HR Administration activities/inquiries for all new hires, current employees and employees that have left the job.
Responsible for all outsourced employees cards printing all over Pakistan.
Involvement in the recruitment and selection process of all new employees for the outsourcing
segments.
Be part of overall marketing efforts for HRD services to strengthen the HRM functions.
Responsible for issuance of all sort of employee letters i.e. Appointment letters, Warning letters, Termination Letters, Promotion Letters, Experience Letters.
Involvement in the recruitment and selection process of the new employees internally hired for the organization.
Responsible for developing and promoting organization HRM services business through marketing and identifying new clients.
Assisting in writing proposals and expression of interests for outsourcing segments.
Participate in HRD activities as and when required
Involvement in standout trainings whenever and where ever required.

Job Specification

Knowledge and understanding of current and emerging market requirements and practices in HR outsourcing and training market
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and computer literate
Ability to clearly present HR outsourcing, training, consultancy and service information and work independently
Comfortable with working in team with creative ideas
Friendly and confident with a pleasant personality.
Data management and tracking skills
HRD knowledge and skills to facilitate this process
