Job Description
- Assist with recruitment and oversee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, performance, absence, and leave issues, as well as employee relations.
- Oversee the cycle of staff performance evaluations.
- Manage day-to-day human resource concerns; ensuring that organisational policies are consistently and fairly applied.
- Create and implement policies and procedures pertaining to employees.
- Create, administer, and manage employee programmes that foster a culture of recognition and reward for exceptional behaviour and performance.
- Conducting and managing employee surveys and taking appropriate steps to improve the work environment.
- Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations
Job Specification
- Ability to create an atmosphere where people and performance are prioritised in a fast-paced, high-growth company through previous expertise in both the business and the management of people.
- The ability to rapidly and peacefully resolve concerns involving employees.
- More than ten years of experience in the fields of onboarding, motivation, retention, training, and well-being for employees.
- Extensive experience managing a 200 person multi-cultural and multi-level human resources department; growing operations and optimising employee performance.
- Excellent command of both Urdu and English.
- A strategic leader who can successfully drive change management and employee engagement in a short period of time.
- Has great people management, stakeholder relations, and client management abilities, as well as being emotionally balanced and confident with an outgoing personality.
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills as well as influencing and conflict management abilities.
