We are a UK based recruitment company providing full life cycle contract and permanent recruitment services to clients in the UK. The position of Recruitment Officer is a home-based, telecommute role. We are looking to hire recent graduates to support our Recruiters in the UK. You will primarily be working online and should therefore have reliable and continuous internet access and mobile phone connection
Your main responsibility will be supporting our UK recruiters by providing back-office support for their daily recruitment activities:
- Compiling job advertisements from job descriptions received from clients
- Screening CVs received from adverts
- Conducting CV searches on job portals and other social media sites (eg, Linkedin etc)
- Uploading CVs onto client recruitment portal as well as maintaining our in-house candidate database
- Gathering market data as well as other research projects as and when required
You will be a recent graduate having proficient use of computers, especially internet search. The work requires proficient use of MS Excel and Word, therefore a good working knowledge of these applications is essential
You will be operating in an English-speaking environment - therefore a good level of English language skills (written and spoken) is required
As this position is home based you should have the ability and discipline to work independently and unsupervised. You should also have access to a wide screen computer and a reliable internet connection.
