Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR or BBA
YOUR TASKS:
· Making sure recruitment requirements is met on time
· Conducting interviews
· Managing CV data pool
· Experience with recruiting in a high volume and dynamic environment
· Experience in recruiting for different departments and fields
· Planning, organizing and conducting trainings with all departments
· Preparing attendance/KPI’s and support in payroll
· Administer/Monitor leaves and attendance record and all connected follow up actions.
· Preparation of HR documentation and any other responsibility that may be assigned to you depending on the exigencies of service.
· Preparing employee contracts, termination letters, experience letters
· Organizing and planning office events
· Maintain relationships with educational institutes to ensure a steady hiring of candidates
· Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
· Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Salary Package:
• 25,000- 35,000 PKR depending upon experience
Timings: 10 AM to 07 PM (Sat & Sun off)

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
· Strong English writing skills
· Excellent MS word and MS excel skills
· Knowledge about different job Portals
· Comfortable with traveling for some outdoor work
