Officer Ocean Imports Pricing And CS

We are looking for an experienced Ocean Imports Pricing and CS professional, who must have relevant professional background of Freight Forwarding Company.

Overview;

This position will be responsible to lead the CSD & CPD team from the front and work to enhance customer experience by providing exceptional customer services and best prices.

· Ensure pricing and coordination related to shipment of upcountry offices.

· Compare rates of LCL co loads.

· Negotiate rates with co-loaders.

· Negotiate rates of FCL shipments with origin and local carriers for upcountry offices.

· Collection and preparation of all documentation required for the further processing of secured shipments.

· Collection of inquiries, check multiple networks & compare rates, negotiate rates as to provide best rates against each inquiry.

· Coordination with the client and fulfilling the demands of the client.

· Coordination with the clients, overseas and local carriers.

· Correspondence of CFS for LCL shipments

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2 – 3 Years (Relevant)

Qualification: BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management (Preferred)

Skill Set:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
