Required to maintain flexible work schedules
Attend office work as assigned
Ensure discipline, punctuality and turn out of the
guard force
Ensure security and maintenance of weapons and
office premises
Ensure maintenance , repair and road worthiness of
company vehicles
Inspection and Surprise Checking of Security and
guarding sites
Assigning guard duties and locations
Ensure necessary recruitment of guards or
supervisors
Responding to alarms ,emergencies , routine calls and
complains
Investigating and reporting security issues to the
management , client and the local police
Maintain attendance Absence complain register
Carry out safety/fire fighting drills
Distribute guard salaries
Escort vips Airport, Office and Residence

Job Specification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of basic security and guard protocols.
Knowledge of weapons prohibited & non-prohibited.
Skill in both verbal and written communication.
Skill in observing situations and decision making.
Knowledge of necessary police and security regulations
Skill in dealing courteously with public.
Valid Driving License: light vehicles, Motor Bike
Valid Arm Licence
