Primary Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
Provide information to callers
General administrative and clerical support
Prepare letters and documents
Schedule appointments & meetings
Maintain appointment planner either manually or electronically
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
Monitor the use of supplies and equipment

Duty station Karachi, Clifton Based
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate
Ability to handle PBX telephone system and multi tasking abilities
Well versed with Microsoft office
Experience:
At least 03-05 years of relevant experience from reputable institute
Effective communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English is compulsory.
Previous experience in cosmetic /medical facility will be preferred
Personal Attributes:
Pleasant personality with customer driven attitude and decision making skills
Polite and courteous while providing telephonic information
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Computer skills including the ability to use MS Excel & MS Word proficiently
