1. Agents will be responsible to take flight inquiries of clients over the phone, finding the best possible flight option for their travel with cheap prices, holding flights with the client's name, requesting for Issuing tickets, date changes, flight cancellations, and re-issuance will the responsibility of all the agents.
2. Collect deposits and balances
3. Use follow up, promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell best and client suited air tickets.
4. Handle unforeseen problems, multitask travel queries on the basis of urgency and complaints.

1. Proficient in the usge of GDS - Sabre & Amadeus

2. Command on both written and spoken english
