1. Provide backup to sales, accounts, refunds, & admin teams whenever required.
2. Perform & overlook administrative tasks.
3. Develop & ensure implementation of SOPs.
4. Identify problems & recommend solutions.
5. Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff.
6. Maintain database of candidates.
7. Asisst management in launching new ventures (interiors, recruitment, etc)
