Hawkdispatch LLC is one of the leading Frieght dispatch service providers in the US market.
The customer support executives in our company will be responsible for responding to queries and concerns of our clients who are basically fleet owners running their trucks accross different states in US and require update on the frieght they are carrying from one place to other and a continued strive for finding them the highest paying loads.
Sounds technical NO ISSUES we will provide you with complete hands on training and you will be guided by a Lead support executive till the time you are comfortable.
As we donot need any prior experience in the field but still people who have previous experience in handling US or UK based clients in a Call centre will be preferred.

Must be able to manage time and high-pressure situations. Not just this, the individual must know how to deal with customers on calls, live-chat, emails and whatsapp.
Daily tasks:
• Daily task is to keep looking for highest paying loads for clients through loadboards and brokers.
• Individual must provide prompt responses to questions and querries of clients on pending paperwork or payments.
• Monitor Active hours of thier drivers thier rest hours plus insurance limitations.
• Compilation of data and numbers to provide input into the further development of client’s weekly gross.
• Keep a crosscheck on weekly gross plus managing to bring drivers back home on weekends.
Traditional:
• Answer calls professionally and provide information and solve querries.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients to retain them.
• Responding to the client’s queries within the given time frame.
• Excellent communication skills – English
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification Minimum Intermediate / A Levels
Strong Command over Spoken-English with good Accent.
Candidates should be willing to work in night shift (6 pm - 3 am)
The candidate should be
Regular and punctual.
