Male and female managers to run our seminaries across Pakistan and to bring them in line with the modern needs of the 21st Century. We need leaders who can fuse both secular and religious learning but who are inspired to do so through a faith based approach.
We are a UK based charity and have gained a strong reputation running madrassas, mosques and seminaries throughout the UK. We now want to export this experience and vision to help create a new generation of students in Pakistan who are given the best religious education that helps them become equipped to face modern challenges both spiritual and worldly.
You will be responsible for running a religious educational institute in Pakistan to work on the following:
- Manage staff that are from a religious background and help develop them to ensure that they are professional, maintaining safeguarding of children and teaching to a high standard.
- Follow and develop strategies to ensure that the learning objectives of all children is being realised.
- Develop learning strategies and ensure their implementation for children who are struggling or who have special needs.
- Liase with all stakeholders including the charity's Trustees, donors, heads of department, parents and government authorities.
- Represent the organisation at public events.
You will be working as part of a team of people from both the UK and Pakistan. There is also some scope for remote work.
