A quality assurance officer must have knowledge of trends and innovations in the area of quality control management. Good oral and written communication skills are needed to communicate with senior management, other departments or branches, and for writing quality control procedures. The quality control officer must also have knowledge in general applications and quality assurance information systems management, candidate should be MSc Applied Chemistry.
