EMIS Private Ltd based in Islamabad is looking to recruit a number of individuals for customer support.
EIMS is the leading provider of Internet Offshore Outsourcing Solutions. EIMS focuses primarily on outsourcing of web development and software production services. We're devoted to provide value added services with a unique combination of onsite/ offsite and onshore/ offshore development approaches.
We're also having moxie in creating and developing Offshore Development Center for you. EIMS project execution process and systems are the key elements to deliver projects on time with 100% customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
Requirements:
MUST be fluent in English ideally with UK/American accent.Please note your English communication skills must be excellent i.e, of an international standard.
MUST also possess an excellent grasp of English language i.e., good grammar and writing skills.
MUST possess good computer skills.
Minimum Graduate/Master's Degree from a reputable University.
Ideally will have some office-based experience.but this is not a prerequisite, and we will considerr candidates who do not have office-based work experience but are professional and have a successful career.
Responsibilities:
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
