System Support Engineer

• Deploy, manage, maintain databases servers, and configure replications, clustering, archiving (MySQL, MS SQL, PostGre)
• Deploy, manage, and maintain application webservers (Apache, NodeJS, Nginx)
• Deploy, manage, and maintain servers (Windows, Linux, CentOS)
• Maintain and monitor web applications and databases clusters, virtual machines, and hardware resources
• Maintain systems, application configurations, and database backups; perform archiving and restoration of database
• Create bash scripts and crons as per requirement
• Manage and maintain Radius server and logs
• Troubleshoot client connectivity issues with databases, radius, application, webservers
• Coordinate with DevOPs, NOC and engineering teams for customer queries, application, database, and system support.
• Create and submit systems, databases, and resources utilization reports
• Support in day-to-day datacenter operations

Hands-on experience of Mysql, SQL server, PostGre implementation, replication, stored procedures, cluster management and backups

Hands-on experience of deploying and troubleshooting Windows and Linux OS servers

Hands-on experience of creating bash scripts and process automation

Hands-on experience of troubleshooting Web applications server

Support experience in DevOPs

Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication abilities

Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Ability to function optimally both as an individual and as a team member.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
