Looking for HR Executive Responsibilities:
1. Consducts Recruitment
2. Conducts new employee orientation
3. Participates in developing goals and objectives.
4. Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing
5. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of departments and services performed.
6. To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the Supervisor/Management.
Experience Required :
Minimum 1 year
Education :
Bachelors/Masters(HR)
