Job Description
Stellar Communications" located in Islamabad, looking for CSR to join our team for US campaigns i. e. , Medicare (Supplements, Advantages), Auto Insurance, Health Insurance and Final Expense.
Candidate Must have a good command on communication skills specifically in English.
Ability to work in night shift.

Responsibilities:
• Generate Sales Leads.
• Assessing and identifying customer’s needs and satisfaction.
• Use valid accurate tools to gather complete information.
• Follow communication “Scripts” procedures, polices, and guidelines while handling different campaigns.
Requirements:
• Fresh or experience CSR. • Ability of international call handling.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Multitasking.
• Time Management.
• Able to work Evening and Night shifts
