We are a technical supply company having an office in Karachi and Dubai.
We are looking for an Sales assistant to work remotely to provide back end email support to our sales team.
The job would require you to communciate with customers and suppliers over email and phone, research for products and suppliers over internet, draft emails, make quotations and follow up with customers.
The position is a full time Salary based job and would require you to be actively present during 9 am to 6 pm.
Most of the work will be on email so its a prerequiste for the job to have a computer or laptop,an internet connection and an Un interupted electricity source (UPS or generator).

Skills
Have Excellent Written English - you will need to communciate with customers and Suppliers.
Be Tech Savy - You will need to search for suppliers and products on internet, so you need to know how to work your way around google and other search tools.
You will also be making quotes in MS Word or Google Docs, so a working knowledge of the software is highly appreciated.
You would be emailing quotes and inquiries to suppliers so we expect you to be familiar and be comfortable using email.
Be very organized, you would require to keep a tab on several open cases at any time and we would expect you to be able to keep everything organized.
Be a self starter and work un supervised - Though you will have the support of the sales team but we expect you to be able to work independently.
Be a fast Learner - There is a lot to learn and we would greatly appreciate if you can catch up fast.
