Job Description

NIAIS is looking for a Customer Service Representative, who would be responsible for assisting & manage students queries, complaints, enrollment management, admissions, resolve issues, and fulfill requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess student's needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Manage large amounts of phone calls.
  • Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take the extra mile to engage students.

Job Specification

Skills Set & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualification:

  • Intermediate, ADP or Graduation from HEC-recognized institute.

Experience:

  • Minimum 06 months to 01 year of experience as CSR is must.
