• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
• Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
• Define job description and document specifications
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Effective in negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Create CV pools for current and upcoming positions
• Design and update job descriptions for open positions
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
