Hands on BizTalk production, development and test infrastructure including Windows Server 2003, 2008 IIS and MSSQL Server 2005, 2008 including high availability.
History of leading the design for business projects.
Solid understanding of DB concepts and connectivity.
Directory Services.
SQL Server 2005, 2008, Oracle 10g.
Integration Services.
Experience with XML and XSLT a must.
Ability to troubleshoot system problems and perform problem resolution.
Experience in BAM, business rule engine and EDI will be an advantage

5+ years of overall experience.
BizTalk Experience (1+ years).
Must have the ability to solve problems while following existing and/or establishing best practices.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work closely with developers and IT business analysts using BizTalk messaging.
Ability to manage code from development environments to test and production systems.
