An ideal candidate should meet the below-mentioned criteria and set of skills:
1- An ideal candidate must have knowledge of Routing & Switching and can work on Cisco routers, switches and firepowers, Huawei, Juniper, and other Routing switching vendor products.
2- Similarly he/she should be a cyber security expert who can also work in a multivendor environment, like Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Huawei, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, F5 load balancer, etc.
3- He/she should be an expert in unified communication and can provide end to end design of unified Communication products, like Cisco, Huawei, Polycom, etc
4- He/she can provide end to end configurations, BOQ designing of servers/storages products, like Cisco, Dell, HPE, H3C etc
5- He/she should have great hands-on experience in various network technologies like Cisco CCNA & CCNP (Routing & Switching) and CCNP Enterprise (Enterprise Core & Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation) certifications. Certifications like Juniper JNCIA-Junos (JN0-102) and JNCIA (Cloud) are a plus. The ideal candidate should have very good knowledge of Cisco wireless technology (control based & stand-alone), VOIP & Network Security with previous work experience. Also, very good knowledge of SD-WAN technology and a previous work experience in it.
6- Design/implement medium and large scale enterprise networks.
7- Expertise in VPN technologies such as OpenVPN, IPsec, L2TP, PPTP, SSL, etc.
8- Routing technologies RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, BGP, etc. - Switching technologies VLANs, STP, VTP, Etherchannel, HSRP, etc.
9- Configure Cisco Routers (ASR 1K & 9k, 2900, 2800, ISR 4K, 878, 888), Switches (Cat 6500, 3750, 3850, 2900, 2960, SG- 300, SG-500, [Nexus 5K, 7K and 9K]), Firewalls ([ASA 5505, 5506x, 5508], Fortigate, Palo Alto) and Wireless Acess Points 1800 and 2700.
10- Configure Juniper Routers (M7, M10, MX 480, MX 960) and SRX (300, 500).
11- Huawei, Mikrotik, HP, Ubiquiti, VyOS & Pfsense devices Expert.
12- Packet Tracer, GNS-3, EVE-NG, VMWare workstation & VirtualBox Expert.
13- Routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS & BGP) Configuration and troubleshooting Expert and Switching Expert (VLANs, STP, VTP...).
14- VPNs Configuration Expert (IPSEC/L2TP, GRE/PPTP, OPENVPN & SoftEther).
15- Linux, Unix & Windows servers Expert.
16- Wireshark Traffic Capture & Analysis Expert.
17- He/she should be able to write technical reports and summaries.
18- Technical support should be a hobby.
