This position is responsible for processing monthly payrolls for staff as well as a variety of HR & Accounts duties including but not limited to the following functional areas: recruitment & hiring, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, policy development & implementation, regulatory compliance, training and professional development, Procurement, and Inventory management, Administrative works and daily operations.
Implementation of all HR policies and updating them according to system requirements.
Pre Joining, Post Joining, and employee leaving and retention processes.
HR will be responsible for any type of data leakage related to management.
Employees of the month need to be announced on a monthly basis and prepare certificates and further stuff against it.
Update calls logs, key register, stamp register, email verification codes & contact details in specified registers.
Maintain all employee document files on a weekly and monthly basis and make sure all relevant information must be updated.
Make sure replacement of each hiring position must be done.
Need to organize all HR data on HR relevant software. (after some research work)
Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Coordinate the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
Develops and monitors the performance evaluation program; administers annually, working closely with managers to ensure successful completion.
Conducts recruitment and hiring for all personnel; conducts new employee onboarding and orientation.
Manages employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
Participate in annual audit preparation and fieldwork as needed.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; plan, monitor, and appraising job results.
Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term goals; identifies ways to support the mission and strategic goals through talent management.
Researchers develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee development programs.
Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
